We, Marc Beijen and David de Graaf, have spent the last 25 years working with our colleagues to establish and expand Adviesgroep Novius. Novius has grown into one of the leading consultancy firms in the Netherlands, specialising in digital business transformations, enterprise architecture and change management. Novius is now part of the international engineering and consultancy organisation Haskoning, which further strengthens its clout and multidisciplinary approach. Following the transfer to Haskoning, we decided to launch a new initiative: Kingfisher & Partners.

With Kingfisher & Partners, we want to work with experienced professionals from our network to help organisations develop and implement customer-focused, innovative and highly successful business strategies. We do this in a variety of roles and types of assignments: as boardroom advisors, change and interim managers, coaches or members of the Advisory Board.
